In February 2021, Lavender Haze Collective announced the newest piece of this project: The Artist Collective. LHC introduced a number of hardworking, talented, grassroots musicians who aren't letting a pandemic stop them from creating.
So... what are they up to?
Saranaide, fronted by singer and flutist Sara Rodriguez, is premiering her brand new music video -- "Loiza" -- on Sunday, April 18th @ 8:00pm. The song is off her recent solo EP release, Beyond. The video will be available here.
Trash country outfit Shoot Ya, led by singer-songwriter Cody Barcroft, is releasing a brand new single in anticipation of their upcoming album release. On April 16th at Midnight, "The Weather" will hit Shoot Ya's BandCamp (and all other streaming services).
Save the date for Shoot Ya's official Album Release Party for Get Loaded -- Friday, June 4th @ 7:00pm. The show will be held at The Cave with special guests Folkfaces. Tickets are $10 and will be on sale soon.

Intrepid Travelers is throwing another 2-night run at The DHU Strand Theatre in North Tonawanda on April 23rd and 24th. The shows are BYOB with free pizza provided, and the band plays 2 sets each night. Tickets are on sale now on Eventbrite and moving fast!
The Slyboots dojo is hosting drum workshops! It's a great activity for small groups interested in exploring rhythm together -- bandmates, co-workers, families, friends -- group drumming is medicine for the soul!
Email Griffin at slyboots@me.com to schedule a private lesson or group workshop at the dojo. Community drop-in style drum class is also offered every Tuesday at 6:00pm. Dance class with live drumming follows at 7:00pm. Classes are $25 and held at 700 Main Street (5th and 6th floor).
Guitarist Adam Bronstein will be playing 2 trio sets at Hooked on Saturday, April 17th with Alex McArthur (vocals) and Joe Goretti (drums). The show runs from 6:30-9:00pm.
