Catching Up With the Collective Vol. 4

What’s the Collective up to this week?!

There are plenty of opportunities to catch live music this week, including tonight!

Tonight (Wednesday, June 23rd), catch Intrepid Travelers’ return to Soldier’s Circle. As of now, this will be the band’s only show in Buffalo for the rest of the summer! And to sweeten the deal further, it’s FREE and outside from 6-8:30pm. Bring a lawn chair!

On Friday (June 25th), boy do you have OPTIONS!

New Collective members, Grosh, are making their Jack Rabbit debut at 10pm. The show is free and Jack Rabbit’s food is BOMB, so be sure to check it out!

Also on Friday, Dog Faced Boys -- Buffalo’s premier Phish experience -- is playing at the DHU Strand Theatre in North Tonawanda. The band includes Collective members Adam Bronstein and Donny Frauenhofer, as well as Jon Fohl (Intrepid Travelers) and Brad Robbins. The Strand is an incredible musician-owned DIY music venue, and the best part?! It’s BYOB! Grab your tickets here.

Last, but certainly not least, if heady lights are what you crave on Friday, Solar Flare Productions will be lighting up the stage at Nietzsche’s for Maufrey and Tortoise Forest. The show is at 10pm and is $10 at the door.

On Saturday (June 26th), catch the Neetchy Band (newly on IG -- follow them here) at Duende at Silo City. The show is free and kicks off at 4:30pm. Duende has an amazing vibe, especially for outdoor summer shows, and Levi will take good care of you at the cantina bar!

Consider checking Duende out on Sunday (June 27th) as well for Donny Frauenhofer Trio. The show is also free and runs from 6-8pm.
